I am reaching out to the Microsoft business team for assistance with logging into my work business account. My password is not working, and I am unable to reset it due to receiving a message that it was not set up properly in my organisation.
I have attempted to contact support numerous times but have been unable to reach anyone. Additionally, I have been charged for a service that I am unable to use.
I am eagerly awaiting someone from the Microsoft business team to contact me and help resolve this issue.
