Hello,

I am reaching out to the Microsoft business team for assistance with logging into my work business account. My password is not working, and I am unable to reset it due to receiving a message that it was not set up properly in my organisation.

I have attempted to contact support numerous times but have been unable to reach anyone. Additionally, I have been charged for a service that I am unable to use.

I am eagerly awaiting someone from the Microsoft business team to contact me and help resolve this issue.

Yes from the error message, the account does not have the admin rights.

Normally, when you subscribe to M365, you get an on.microsoft.com account which is by default an admin account, please double check this with the one who got the subscription.
