CRM 2011 On-Premise: MSCRMKEY Renewal failed and the transaction log for database 'MSCRM_CONFIG' is full due to 'LOG_BACKUP'

Hello

We have CRM 2011 On-Premise and I got this error when I tried to access CRM.

I followed the below blog to renew the MSCRMKEY

Now I have got this error "Renewal Failed. The transaction log for database 'MSCRM_CONFIG' is full due to 'LOG_BACKUP'

Can anyone help me with this issue please?

    You'll need more space in the transaction log for MSCRM_Config. There are 2 things you should do:

    1. To resolve the problem now, first increase the space available for the transaction log. If there is no space left on the current disk, ideally free up some space temporarily, or add a new transaction log file on a different disk.
    2. Ensure you have a means to manage the transaction log in the future. The preferred option is to regularly backup the log (which also clears out completed transactions). The other option is to set the database recovery model to 'Simple', which will automatically clear out the log, but prevents you taking log backups

    All these are done using SQL Management Studio
