Hello Friends,

I have a requirement that i need to disable a single button from the batch of the button in the "Export to Excel" button from Subgrid.

As we all know that basically we have following buttons in the Export to Excel button in the Subgrid.

But i want to hide the "Static Worksheet" button from the above list.

Please suggest me the best way to do it.

Regards

Shashikant Saxena

    Can you try something like this:

    Open the Application Ribbon in Ribbon workbench (XrmToolBox), customize the button/command & try adding the HideCustomAction node.

    <HideCustomAction HideActionId="new.Mscrm.HomepageGrid.{!EntityLogicalName}.StaticWorksheet.Hide" Location="Mscrm.HomepageGrid.{!EntityLogicalName}.StaticWorksheet" />

    Hi Sashikant,

    Please follow below steps  -

    1. Create a solution and add the entity over there .

    2. Open Ribbon Workbench and select the solution.

    3. Find the button Export to Excel button and go to fly out area . You can see the button details when you click on any button,

    4. Right Click on the icon (excel icon) and the click on Hide .

    5. Do publish.

    Hi , You can add enable rule for the button based on parent entity name or any condition.
