Developed Solution from an eng based language environment didn't work well in japanese based language environment

Hi Experts, Makers & Devs.

I have encountered the following scenario:

I developed a solution in an English-based language environment. However, when I imported the solution into a Japanese-based language environment, the Dynamics UCI (Unified Client Interface) did not function properly.

Specifically, the custom entity and reused built-in entity were not visible in the UCI.

Here's what I have tried so far:

  1. Adding the English language pack: This successfully resolved the issue when running the solution in English. However, our requirement is to use the solution in the Japanese language.

  2. Importing translations to an unmanaged solution and exporting a new managed solution: Unfortunately, this approach did not fix the problem either.

If you have any suggestions or solutions to address this issue, I would greatly appreciate your input.

thank you Adrian Begovich, However, I've also tried this approach as mentioned in #2 of, 'what I have tried so far'. Translation works in my dev environment, but when I tried to import the managed solution to Destination Environment, I still face the same problem.

    Hi Crissy,

This article explains how to create solutions that support multiple languages.

You will need to use the “Export Translations” functionality. This generates an Office Excel spreadsheet (CrmTranslations.xml) that contains all the labels that need translation. In the spreadsheet, you will need to provide the corresponding translations between English and Japanese, then import translations back into the same Dataverse organization using the “Import Translations” functionality and publish your changes.
