Integrate MS CRM Sales with D365 F&O

Hi,
 
The requirement is that a new project should be  automatically created  in d365 F&O when a temp code in created in MS CRM Sales. All the project details like Project Id, Project Start Date, Project End Date should flow from CRM to dynamics365 F&O.
 
 
Please suggest.
