    How about Async workflow?

    Trigger to read every 15mins

update some flag in SMS activity, like read or something

and on update of that flag call plugin .

Pull all data in plugin using Entity Images.

    Thanks

The way you are telling me to do using Async  workflow is not possible because workflow enters in infinite loop.

    Hi Govind,

Assuming you are talking about running soem kinnd of schedular within CRM every 10-15 minutes. If yes then there is no out of box scheduling concepts within CRM. You could do smething with workflow but then again if you want to run it with the gap of 10-15 mins then mits not possible as it will go into infinite loop.

    Check this blog for reference-

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Govind,

Have you considered using MS flow if you are using an online instance?

    Reference: community.dynamics.com/.../microsoft-dynamics-365-send-sms-using-flow

You can then send out an sms activity every time there is an event without having to setup plugins and custom entities etc.
