I've duplicate contacts in CRM, our data cleansing is in process. But in the meantime, we can receive calls that shows the default view that ever is set in CRM; Active Contacts. The agents went down to copy the caller number search in active contacts in USD and then go further to create cases etc.
Now requirement is: the agents received the call from xx-xxx-xxxx and CRM has three duplicates for that number in contacts. So, the USD should search based on the landed number and show search results.
