Bar code scanner Voyager 9520 OPOS driver installed properly but Microsoft POS can't communicate to it

Hello,

 

My Barcode scanner has been successfully installed using the POS drivers provided from Honeywell and when i fire up MS POS it detects the new device and once i add it to the register devices and click OK an error pops up that "there's a problem with the device"

    Only suggestion I have is to quit buying serial scanners, by USB instead and they just work, no OPOS or any other drivers needed.

    I see, can you list some models that have a working history with MS- POS ?

    The USB version of the model you have will work fine.
