Where can I download KB3206307?

Recent IE browser updates have caused my clients to lose access to scroll bars in the Associated Views.  I found a post referring to hotfix KB3206307.  I can't seem to find this download anywhere.  Can someone direct me to the correct URL?

    I believe for this hotfix you have to contact Microsoft to get the download.

    If you need this KB you need to create a service request, and the Support Will provide you this.

    This fix will be included in the next  UR5 -  CRM 2013  - no ETA for now.
