Microsoft Dynamics GP 2015, Management Reporter 2012 generate report error

I upgraded my GP from Ver. 10 to 2015 and it works fine but after I setup Management reporter 2012, every time I run report under it, it gives me error 'The scource system provier was unable to complete the request' ' DAE01'

I tried many solution over the internet but nothing worked with me.

Data mart log, just 'Completed: 558954 record(s) have been written. 0 record(s) have been deleted. 0 record(s) have failed. 0 record(s) were filtered. Total runtime was 162 seconds.'

Please advise,
