So make a workflow in CRM that runs every time an new email record is created.  Use whatever logic is appropriate for you to decide whether to make a Lead or an Opportunity, and then the workflow will create said record for you.  That will make sure every single email that gets sent to CRM makes a new Lead or Opportunity.

To be frank, that sounds like an astoundingly bad idea, as you're going to have literally a new lead/opportunity for every email you receive, but if that's what you want, that how you get it.

    Thanks for reply Wayne,

I am getting an email from a website in outlook with the all detail(Company,user,product..etc).

Then in outlook i had set a 15 min synchronize time. So,every 15 mint. system will have to check ,if we have new email in outlook, its has to be created opportunity or lead according to logic.

Ok, that makes sense, but if you have any control over the website you're getting leads from, you'd be much better served by updating the website to submit your leads to CRM directly, instead of working around through an email.

Alternately, if you can set up Server Sync or email router directly to CRM, you don't need Outlook to sit in the middle, just have CRM check that mailbox directly.  then your workflow to create leads or opportunities can do its thing without having Outlook open.

If you need to extract information out of the email to make a better Lead/Opp, you can write a plugin with an HTML parser like so: www.codeproject.com/.../Parsing-HTML-Tags-in-C since I'm assuming all the leads are structured the same way.

Ok,so i'll try to create a lead or opportunity by the email entity.

and let you know about it as soon.

One more thing one person suggest me to use Queue Item entity for the same.Is you have any idea, this will make a sense for this case?
