Adjusting item price at purchase order

Good day, is there a method to input or adjust Item Price at the Purchase order so it will populate the Item price field in Item Properties.

    You can adjust the Item price within the PO until you are receiving the PO.    There will be a field called New Price.  This is true for both RMS and POS
