Hi, I'm currently working on process using workflows in staging and wondering how to verify that my emails are being sent?

Hi,
There are multiple ways to check if your emails are being sent or not.
Easiest is to check the received emails in the mailbox you are sending the emails to (you can send these to yourself or a test mailbox).
Or if you want to check in the CRM then you can use advance find to view all of the emails which have been sent.
Just create an advance find with Look for: Email Messages, Status Reason equals Sent and Actual End: Today.
This will show you all of the emails sent today from your staging system.
