I was at this screen, but the Product Automatic AR Reconciliation>Windows>Sales showed 4 operations that I wasn't completely sure about.
I selected all. Admin Monthly Rate Entry, AR Reconciliation, Create Tables, Import Lookup and access has been granted for said user.

It might be part of the AR Auto Apply. I've got both GP 2010 and GP 2015 available to me currently and that window is not in either of them.
If you go to the Security Task Setup Window, start a new task by calling it TEST or something of the like (you don't have to save it). Click on the Product dropdown and do you see something for AR Auto Apply or something else that might sound like it has to do with Automated AR Reconcilation? If there is, select it and then choose Window for the Type and Sales for the Series. See if there is anything in there for that window. If nothing in Sales, try Project as well. Not sure why but some 3rd parties like to put their windows under Project.
If you do end up finding it, you could create a new Task for that window and then assign it to one of your current roles.
I don't think that is a standard GP window......what 3rd parties are you using?
