dear all

on HQ Client connection log I got the following error massage after Request Data Upload

<<OpenRsRead>> Error -2147217915: Object was open.
                                               SELECT * FROM  [#TempCustomer]

then error <<CStateMachine::ExecuteState>> Error 91: Object variable or With block variable not set (Unhandled Error, state = '9')

finally An error was detected, connection will be aborted.

where I use HQ Client Ver. 2.0.2012

    Check HQ Client Running Compatibility and accessibility of your store database.

    Hi, were you able to resolve this? if so how? because i am also facing a similar issue.

    The error is a generic failure to connect which could be attributed to about a dozen different things. I'd recommend that you download and review the PCI compliance guide from the CU 5 download you recently installed.
