I want to translate the system into another language. When I am exporting current translation file from CRM I am getting Excel file with "Object ID" column. If I understand it correctly, each label/field has a unique ID. Can I open a specific form in CRM and I can find this ID number in each field? Or is it only available from the system code level?

You could/should use the XrmToolBox plugin Easy Translator that will make the translating job much easier.
