That typically just means that the batch totals didn't equal to the total of all the transactions in the batch. They amounts are stored in a separate table so checklinks reviews the details of each batch and updates the batch if necessary. If this is continually happening you may want to review how those batches are being created and updated (3rd parties, integrations, etc) to see why the batch totals aren't getting updated as they should be.
