now my question is this, How to open CRM  on my CRMWEB in the browser ? right now i'am able to access it only on CRMSERVER browser but when i try to access it on CRMWEB, it does not open?

    Hi Sumit

If you finished the setup without error, the crm url should be the one under web application server on your deployment manager. is this not working? this screenshot has a IFD url, but usually right after finishing the crm setup, the url is the name of the machine\server. can you ping CRMSERVER fro your client machine. by client machine do you mean a workstation with IE?

    Hi Sumit,

The client it means what? PC or Mobile and you mean CRM web right, not CRM client for Outlook.
Assuming it is CRM web accessing from PC

You need to connect to the server first, you need to know the Server IP or hostname or if have any alias public URL.

    such as http://servername:port/organizationname

usually the port is 5555 for CRM but can be different.

Or some companies use binding as alias for their public URL
You can go to the server and InetMgr to check the binding that is being used.

The reason why from server can open the browser and PC cannot are can be first is the connection, second is you are using http://localhost:port

Which you cannot just copy paste the URL to the client browser since there is no CRM pointing to localhost in your PC client.

You can also check in the deployment manager, properties

    check the web address

then you just add /organizationname after that URL.

    Hope this helps!
    Thanks.

(Sorry the response was delayed because has an error occurred suddenly when I submit and yes you can use Bruno Lucas' picture as well.

you don't need to change to https. you should be able to access by typing

    http:\\WIN-THT0DDJT58E:80\

    HTTP is not mandatory.

try to ping WIN-THT0DDJT58E first from your PC

And then you check in the inetmanager, is there any binding?

    Hi Sumit,

Check your internet setting related to LAN Connections as it comes when your proxy server not respond for your requested URL.

    hi aileen

i tried to ping the CRMSERVER from CRMWEB its not pinging , and there is no binding too could you tell how to bind it too.

binding is located in the IIS Manager.

If you cannot ping the CRMServer hostname, try to ping the IP.

It seems not a CRM problem, it is network connection.
