Hi all
I have a survey created in Customer Voice and it has a default template which I modified to personalize. I also do have another personalized template (lets call it customer-template).
When I am creating an automated -flow that should email this survey to customer based on a trigger, the template that drops in states "default template" but once saved and opened again in Edit mode - displays an unique identifier AND when the survey is sent it is sent in a different template that is neither my default or the customer-template.
how do i fix it ? and is there a way i can get to templated IDs ?
I am experiencing very similar problems. I used the default email template in customer voice and modified it to add some personalized fields. I saved the template as a new template. I have a Canvas PowerApp connected to a custom entity in CDS with a PowerApps Button triggering the flow to send a survey using the saved template. The saved template does not come up as a choice when creating the flow. I typed in the modified email template but when the button is pushed the email is sent to the email address of the record selected in PowerApps. However, the email sent is the default (with no personalization). I copied the text and fields from the custom template to the default template, saved the template and reran the test. None of the changes are in the email received.
Problem: Customized email templates are not being recognized as an option in the send survey flow. Modifications to the default email template are not being registered even though the template was saved.
