Items entered at the store are not pushed to HQ

We have an issue where someone has entered items and suppliers at the store level and those items are not being pushed up to HQ.  Is there a reason why this happens?  What is the fix?

    You need to enter new items at HQ.  There is no fix, this is by design.  It would take a custom Add On of some sort to take new items and put them in HQ.  For more information:  http://www.syssolutionsllc.com/

    hi I recommend you to disable all item creation in stores and other adding or creation .
