Does anyone know of a report to show picking tickets with both printed and unprinted items?
Every so often we come across a single item not printed on the picking ticket when printing Orders and picking tickets at the batch level. If you reprint the picking ticket the missing item prints on the picking ticket with all other items marked as previously printed. Printing the picket ticket a third time results in all items being marked as previously printed.
This is a strange issue that only comes up occasionally but can cause us some headaches as the person packing the customer order typically proofs the items pulled against the picking ticket prior to shipping the order.
