Issues with multiple contacts

Hi folks,
 
While migrating from NAV to BC Our customer had a specific requirements in regards to have their own contact IDs, so we imported with their Ids.
 
While I used edit in excel to associate all the contacts and some manually that even thought the contacts are associated with customer card they are not appearing under the contacts.
 
Just to try as an example when i tried to create a quote from the company contact it gives me the error below. This is causing multiple issues as they have different contact addressed they deliver to.
 
Is there any fix for this issue?
