We have 4 x customer price groups,set up in BC each with 140k items and which we refresh every 6 months via configuration package functionality. We then sync the BC customer price groups with CRM to assign special pricing for the generation of CRM quotes for the 4 specific customers.
It is a long a painful process mainly due to timeout/refresh on the BC end! This is the 2nd iteration and we are going through the process of refreshing the customer price groups in BC but facing some issues.
First of all, after uploading the data in the customer price groups the job would not detect any changes and not refresh the pricelist even though we deleted all the contents before starting the upload process (did this cause the issue?). We then tried renaming the customer price group which seems to have worked but only for 2 out of 4!
We tried creating a test customer price group and the pricelist appeared on the CRM which indicates that the functionality is working fine (we later removed it).
In the 'integration table mapping' the option to 'sync only coupled records' is disabled (not ticked)
Any ideas what we can try without going through the motions of re-uploading the items?
