Connection to Dynamics 365 Sales

I want to sync data between Business Central and Dynamics 365 Sales/Dataverse. It works fine with customers and vendors. They are all coupled without any failure.

If I go to the item-list and select an item, there is this error message:

1663.Unbenannt.PNG

It says: There is an error with the communication with Dataverse. Detailed description: OrganizationServiceFault

The problem is I can't couple or sync items !

Does anyone know a solution?

    Hello,

    You may want to cross post this in CRM forum, but the following may give you a hint:

    community.dynamics.com/.../organizationservicefault-when-creating-records-in-crm-due-to-error-in-plugin

    It could be that the CRM forum posters point you back to Business Central. Usually it is a grey area what team or community should try to assist or provide helpful hints.

    A few suggestions to look into...

    - Does the Integration User have the necessary permissions in D365 Sales?

    - You may need to sync one or more table mappings first--like UnitOfMeasure

    - Try debugging the BC session that is doing the syncing and see if you can get a clearer idea of what it's trying to do that is causing the error.

    Do I need 2 Users to set up the synchronization?

    Ok, I use one Admin user with this permissions:

    - Business Central Dataverse Integration

    - Systemadministrator

    - System Customizer

    - Sales professional app access

    "Setting Up the Administrator User Account

    You must add your administrator user account for Business Central as a user in Dataverse. When you set up the connection between Business Central and Dataverse we will use this account one time to install and configure some required components.

    Permissions and Security Roles for User Accounts in Dataverse

    When you install the CDS Base Integration Solution, permissions for the integration user account are configured. If those permissions are changed manually you can reset them. You can do that by reinstalling the CDS Base Integration Solution by choosing Redeploy Integration Solution on the Common Data Service Connection Setup page. The Business Central CDS Integration security role is deployed."

    Yeah I already saw that.

    But do you know which permissions I need to work with the sync data?

    Is the "Dynamics 365 Business Central Integration User" enough?

    I still get this error message...

    It looks like random items get this error and can't sync with CRM.

    This is a big problem because I can't create offers, opportunities or anything else with this items.

    Does anyone get a solution for this problem.

    I still can't work with BC and Dynamics 365 Sales because it doesn't sync the data...

    Could there be a problem with the team, business unit or user permissions ?
