Problems with Sales order quantity field disappearing

Hello,

Problem is with BC20 On Prem version. Particularly one system user canno make sales order because line's quantity cannot be saved. For example, user choose one product or service in Sales order line, then fill in quantity, but adter pressing Enter or Tab, it just disappears. All other information stays in place but this one always looses.

Has someone experienced this before or could advice where to look for this issue?

    Strange. I would suggest uninstalling the custom/ISV apps that are installed in your database one by one and test with the user to identify the app that is causing it.
