Serial number XXXXXX has not been created for item number while Production order registration

Hello,

 I did registration while Report as finished against production order and serial numbers got created automatically. I can see those in inventory transactions but when I trying to look those serial number in Master(Serial numbers form) , its not there?  Is this standard behavior or something wrong ?

    Check Serial number control in tracking dimension group for the item. It must have been set to No, since you reported 5 EA with one serial number. When set to Yes, then you will get serial numbers created for the item when reporting production, but then your inventory transactions need to have quantity of 1.
