Hello Community,

Our customer installed one of our business central based app from app source. We have assigned peruserservice plan, assigned all permission set through code and and entitlement set as well and user is able to see the permission in user permission section still not able to access the objects of the app.User has super rights and premium license as well.

This is the error
"Your license does not grant you the following permissions on Page 71517880 Purchase Sales List: Execute."
I have the same question (0)

    Hi
The error is not displayed, in any case you could consult with the appsource provider who can help you with any configuration or permissions problems.

what is the name of the app? You might need to reach out to the support team of the app.

If the user can’t access app objects despite having the correct permissions and a premium license, ensure the app-specific permissions are correctly configured, verify that the user has the necessary roles, and consider reinstalling the app or clearing the browser cache. If the problem persists, reach out to the app's support team.

I have added the error message don't know it's not showing. I am adding the error here again.

Error msg : Your license does not grant you the following permissions on Page 71516580 ADT-Purchase Requisition List Purchase Requisition List: Execute. To view details about your permissions, see the Effective Permissions page. To report a problem, refer to the following server session ID: '2556'. Page Purchase Requisition List has to close.

Also, user has super rights and permission sets are assigned to the user but when we look for effective permission set then could not see the app related objects but inside permission set all the objects with correct permissions are assigned and that permission has been assigned to the user. This is bit strange, we tried to refresh and tried other troubleshooting ways as well.
