Assign Licenses to Users?

Where do you assign licenses that you purchased for dynamics 365? I can't seem to locate them anywhere.

    You will have to assign the licence in Microsoft 365 admin center > Users > select the user > Licenses and Apps tab > assign the licence and Save changes.
