Hello,
I've setup a number of child goals under 3 parent goals. However, some of the sales and some of the opportunities are rolling up but not all. The goals are set to custom period and they are for the year starting Jan 1, 2017 going to Dec 31st, 2017.
I'm using Revenue as the goal metric - it is set to Money.
I also have two Roll up fields:
1) In progress Money which is the Est. Annual Premium on Open Opportunities.
2)Actual Money which is the Actual Revenue on Won Opportunities.
Both are set to the Est. Effective Date.
However, not all in progress opportunities with an effective date this year are rolling up and the same with won opportunities this year. I have tried to recalculate that isn't making a difference.
Any suggestions on what I should check?
