Unexpected Error When Opening Records for Some Entities

Hello everyone,

I have just come upon a very weird error. When trying to open a contact record i get this:

It happens when I try to open records in contacts, accounts and some other custom entities. However, I noticed that there are some other records such emails, etc I can open without problems.

I have removed my organization, removed the database then recover the database (using a back up from a previously working version | 2 days ago) and imported the organization again but nothing, I still get the same error every time. Moreover, when I try to create a new contact record my form opens but I get this:

It shows first the smaller dialog and then the bigger one. After clicking okay and filling my info in the form and click SAVE, I get this error:

I enabled tracing on the server side and this is what I got:

    is there a plugin or javascript on your custom entity? If yes, there is something wrong with them, thats why you see this error.
