Is there a way for the LEAD AFSL to automatically populate in the correct CLIENT Parent Company field?

Currently when you qualify a lead, you then have to search the company name to find the new Client record created (doesn't appear automatically). When the client is created, a workflow puts the LEAD AFSL field in the CLIENT 'AFSL number' field. We then have to manually type in the AFSL and Parent Company. Is there a way for the LEAD AFSL to automatically populate in the correct CLIENT Parent Company field?

Look to see if we can change the workflow on the Lead AFSL field can populate the qualified Client Parent company field. Names would have to match exactly
