I was wondering why its not possible to group my views on related items. When you add the power apps grid control you can enable grouping, this works fine only on the native fields of the table. Grouping by related fields is not possible, is there any way i can enable that?
Otherwize i don't find grouping particular functional and hard to explain to users.
Good morning, afternoon, or evening :) depending on your location! Grouping by related fields in Power Apps Grid Control is currently not supported. The grouping functionality works only on native fields of the table, as related fields are not directly accessible for grouping due to limitations in the control's design. You can consider creating calculated fields or rollup fields in the table to bring related data into the native table fields, which can then be grouped. Hope this helps!
