Suer excited about this feature and enabled the preview today. The question I have is can a chat be initiated with a non-licensed Dynamics contact to just view a record?

Hi beerad,

Based on microsoft document, you can start a linked chat with a suggested contact, select More (…) > Start a linked chat with contact in the Suggested contacts section.
