Which are the common modules (Components) used for integrating MS Dynamics SL

We are working on one of the project for our customer to develop plugin connectors (Integration Adapter), which would enable the end users to quickly integrate cloud and on premise applications. As a part of this project, we are targeting to develop plugin connectors for Dynamics SL and would need Endpoint (API) access 　to explore features and build integration flow in the plugin connector.

Which are the common Modules used for integrating MS Dynamics SL? Are there any standard set of web Services available?

Any Pointer will be helpful to us to finalized the integration module
