Setting the owning team in Package Deployer

When importing data with the package deployer can the owneruser be a team?

because when I set the configimportfile the owneruser="<MY TEAM>" and isrecordownerateam="true" error occur.

Below is the example from the Microsoft documentation at docs.microsoft.com/.../create-packages-package-deployer

<configimportfile filename="File.csv" filetype="CSV" associatedmap="FileMap" importtoentity="FileEntity" datadelimiter="" fielddelimiter="comma" enableduplicatedetection="true" isfirstrowheader="true" isrecordownerateam="false" owneruser="TEAM" waitforimporttocomplete="true" />
