Hello,

I have two questions:

- First i'd like to know is there a client portal that can be used to declare cases (client side) ? if yes how to activate it ?

- Is it possible to authenticate clients on this portal through an external login system using API ?

    Hello,

    No out of box portal solution you can buy or build your own and can authenticate based on external apis, for example you can do integration with windows live id, so that user can use there existing live id in portal for authentication.

    There's not a client portal within Dynamics CRM, you can get similar functionality with ADX Studio. Please read this post, it may have the additional info you're looking for...
