Hi,
Is it possible to add email address (preferably shared mailbox or distribution group in exchange online) to CRM Online and convert all incoming emails to leads?
Regards,
Marcin

Marcin,
You can create a workflow or plugin when email entity record is created then create Lead if you want to use automation rather than using Outlook and convert to Lead.
CRM 2013 with new update only allows you to convert email to Case.
Using plugin, you cans et your own rule, from which Queue using which email address, with specific keyword only, etc.
Thanks.
It looks like I will need additional licenses for o365 and CRM Online dedicated for sales email. Am I correct?
I can see that it's possible only for an active user or existing queue.
Hi Marcin,
I think, you can use Queue.
Queue didn't consume License I think.
Thanks for suggestion. I've been able to create a queue and assign to it a shared mailbox I created. I've got a workflow process up and running which creates a lead from every email incoming to mailbox, sends an email to users notifying them about a lead, but now I've got another problem and couple of questions.
I can't find a way to add message body to created lead - is it possible, and if not, is it possible to add a link to message in a queue containing original email?
How can I assign freshly created lead to a user or even better autoassign it to a user who will open it first?
How can I add a link to a lead to a message sent to users notifying yhem about a new lead?
Best,
