I wonder how I can determine what was the last time recurring journal has been posted? I mean if I go to recurring journal then how do I know what was the last time I posted this journal?

There is no way to tell using the Recurring Journal itself, but you could tell using the G/L Register Page if you filtered for the Journal Batch Name and looked/sorted on the Creation Date / Creation Time fields

Hi, There is a simpler solution. Using Journal Templ. Name field.

For example,

Depending on the posting content, the opened Entries page may be different.

Customer Ledger Entries:

General Ledger Entries:

So you just need to find Journal Templ. Name is the last one of RECURRING.
