Hello All ,
Our production calendar is set as Monday to Thursday 24 hours open , and Saturday + Sunday close.
The issue is the Gantt chart isn't blocked at those days , so planners can schedule production orders on Sunday for example.
Any tips how can I solve this?
Thanks
Glad to hear that! If this helped you, I'd appreciate it if you'd mark this as a Verified Answer, which may in turn help others as well.
Hi Lennart ,
thank you so much!!
problem solved !

We've had the same issue before. Gantt chart ignored our defined working times and open calendar days.Solution was to tick the check box "Working time" in Cost Management -> Manufacturing accounting policies setup -> Route groups
Hope this helps to solve your problem!
I assume the lower section with actual working times is blank for these "closed" days. Is that calendar assigned to production resource with type machine and the system is still scheduling production job for such resource on "closed " days? Is resource configured as finite capacity one?
Hi Oleksiy ,
Yes , planners are checking the 'finite capacity' box - by default is on.
That is strange. Can you share calendar working times screenshot? Also do you know if planners check "finite capacity" box when scheduling production orders?
