Hello everyone,

i am trying to create a View that shows all the open Tickets with no active Activities regarding to it.

I tried to filter by Activity Status but that does not work at all.

Does anyone have a solution for this?

Thank you

Julian

    Hi Julian,

In advanced find you can very easily do that :

    Try the following query?

Only issue with this query is that it will not return the cases that have no activity created at all.  If all your cases will have at least one activity, then the above query should work fine for you

Query provided by Kokulan should work. Let us know the outcome.

    Almost :)

I do have a Ticket with Activities regarding to it but they are all completed.

Now i want to filter all our Tickets that could be closed because there are no more Open Activities

    Hi Julian,

what is the definition for you of a "Close activity" , is there specific status you are looking for.

because with above query under any circumstances you will get a case with open activity.

not sure if this make a different but Another suggestion would be to look for specific actitvity such as phone call or email etc.

My filter should be like this. outcome.png

But what i get is like this.

    Top Activities=Open

    Bottom = completed

    outcome.png

I get Tickets with Activites that do have Status OPEN

Okay if you have filter what you have posted - it should not bring the open activity.

is it happening with just this activity or it happens frequently?

Edit the view again - publish properly - log out and login again. also try to clear cache or change browser. see if that works.

It happens for a lot of activities. I guess 150+

I i will try to publish, log out/in and clear cache.
