for 103 qty need to do103 split transaction while Picking list registration process there is any other way for splitting
Note : there is serial number for 103 qty
If you are looking for an easy way to enter/scan multiple serial numbers during SO picking, then you should consider setting up released product with tracking dimension group where "Active in sales process" set to Yes for serial number, not just "Active". Is it possible in your situation?

Does each quantity have a serial number?
You do not need to split transaction and directly add and confirm the pick line from excel paste feature with new grid control enabled: docs.microsoft.com/.../grid-capabilities
