Multiple Lines of Text scroll issue when Incident is deactivated

Hello,

on Incident form, we have several fields with datatype Multiple Lines of Text. If Incident is active we can normally write in that fields and if text is longer than field, after click in, there is visible scroll bar like here:

But after we set Incident status at deactivated or done, there is no longer possibility click in the field and scroll. So there is long text and only way, we know, is to show title of field and there is whole text but that is not enough, we want to click in the field and scroll.

Is any way how to make this possible?

Thanks,

Adam

Hi Adam, Yes Inactive records will disable the controls, however you can try the following below options.

    - Check if Automatically Expand property helps you to fix the issue. uncheck the checkbox.

    - Try to put the Multiple Line text field in different tab

    - You can try unsupported way. You can apply your own css on load of the form.

    Best Wishes, Raz
