We have some issues with scripts on new Unified Interface. BTW, on the old legacy interface this problem doesn`t appear. Is there any possibility to open quickly the same record in old interface while we are on UCI?

Understand that and totally agree! That is temporary solution that can be used today and resolve the issue quickly. Some of users don`t have developers that will immediately fix script bugs.
I like UCI and I believe that Microsoft will improve UCI even more! But today the legacy interface helps sometimes. That is why I like UDS Interface Switcher.
Thank you, Ricardo!
Thank you! I agree, that it is necessary to focus on removing anything that will not be supported in the future. But urgent tasks are urgent tasks - you always need a fallback. We have already coped with one.. Let's see how the system will behave further.
Hello Catherine,
Thank you for sharing this.
One important consideration: this is a very temporary workaround, as the legacy web client won't be available anymore at some point after the full transition to Unified Interface, even if you custom build the record URL to render in the classic interface.

Hi, Misha! It turns out not only you wanted such an opportunity...
A very convenient solution has appeared recently. The function "Return to the old interface" is available with free Interface Switcher — a tool that allows using of both interfaces. So it is not exactly the return, you'll get the ability to combine them.
The tool can be installed / uninstalled in 2 minutes. It does not impact entity records anyhow and needs no reboot.
You may try it and leave your opinion here:

Hope I helped you a little with solving the problem =)
Hi Misha,
If you didn't reach 10 days after UCI transition, you could rollback to Web Interface:, but as well said by Henry, the best scenario here is work to fix the affected scripts.
Reference: docs.microsoft.com/.../faqs-transition-unified-interface
You can check this link for best practices about UCI transistion:

Also, we have a new community group (community.dynamics.com/.../) that provides useful content, interactive forum, and blog to see all the latest updates and information about Unified Interface. Maybe you can find something usefull about your scenario.
Thanks,
Hello Misha,
There are some unsupported JavaScript shortcuts that can achieve this, but as the legacy web client will no longer be accessible at some point in the future, I would concentrate on fixing these scripts issues instead.
Can you please open a support request so that we can help you troubleshoot this?
