Page: General Ledger Entries

Path: Search for “General Ledger Entries”

Purpose: Shows all posted financial transactions (journal entries, invoices, payments, etc.)

Filters available: Account No., Posting Date, Document No., etc.

2. Trial Balance Reports

Report Name: Trial Balance

Purpose: Summarizes G/L balances over a selected date range.

Variants:

Trial Balance Detail: Includes transaction-level details.

Trial Balance by Period: Breakdown per accounting period.

3. G/L Register

Page: G/L Register

Purpose: Shows how transactions were grouped and posted as part of a batch.

Useful for: Auditing, tracking batches by user/date/time.

4. Account Schedules

Page: Account Schedules

Purpose: Create customized financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet) based on G/L data.

Highly flexible, can be filtered and exported to Excel.

5. Posted Journals
