Hi,
The amount field in product is under the price list item. But I cannot call the fields of that particular entity in product views. I want to include the amount of the product in the views of the products

The issue is that, as a product can have multiple price lists, then there can be multiple 'amounts'. If you only have one price list (or if you have a way to determine a preferred price list from which to take the amount, then you could create a custom Money field on the product to store the amount, and use a workflow on the Price List Item entity to update this when the Price List Item is created or updated
