Directed put-away and pick must be equal to "no" on job journal

We are working on posting a job journal to consume inventory, however, when we try and choose the location, it gives us a message "Directed Put-away and Pick must be equal to 'No' in location: code = Building 3."

What is needed/able to be done in order to consume this inventory from this location?

Hi Kjjson,

It's a validation error as the location has been setup as "Directed Put-away and Pick", so you need to use Warehouse Item Journal to move the item from this location to some normal location. Only then, you can use that location on the Job Journal for consumption purpose.

So it is correct that there is not the ability to use a location marked for "Directed Put-away and Pick" with the jobs module.
