I have a Small General Store, but I am associated with some of companies to facilitate his employers by providing qualities products.
So, I want to handle the following situation. I am new user. It is difficult to me even thinking that how to handle this situation:

Situation:
Beer, Wine and liquor Quota:

    Beer   Wine   Liquor
One person   10 5           1
Family           50      8           2
Institutional    100   50        100

When this limit reached by, then system does not issue the further item and give the alert message.
How we can control this type of situation in Dynamics RMS 2.0
