How to prevent double clicks on the field to open another form

Hi,

Here I have a question about upgrading from CRM2013 to Dynamics 365.

In 2013 version, when I double click on the field as below red frame, it won't open another form which is the lookup entity.

But in Dynamics 365 version, when I do the same action, it opens another form, SAP OPTIONSETS.

I'd like to have the same function as in CRM 2013 which won't open another form. Could it be done in D365, and how to do it?

Thanks in advance :)

This is by design in Dynamics 365.

I don't think that there is a way you can control it.

Just single click, not double :)

    Hi Aric,

    Thanks for your reply :)

I got the same answer from my colleague, but the users from my client are used to this design in 2013 version. Now they upgrade to Dynamics 365 and ask if can have this same function.

Therefore, I'd like to know if there are any possible solutions to it. If not, then they need to change the user behavior :D
