I have a SHARED HWS for CPOS, when I select to pair Hws I got an error. Can you please advise the further steps to investigate? The ping test is successfully. Thanks
Try reviewing the inspect logs in POS, validate the payload request and response for the pair API. Also make sure to manually check if the shared HW station url is alive.
