Lookup Field for Offline Mode for Mobile App

Hi guys. Is there any chance to populate lookup field when the tablet or mobile is offline. Currently is not supported I don't know why, because on Resco Mobile this function is supported. So what is the point to develop app which doesn't support your main functionality? Or Do you know if Microsoft is planing to release this functionality later on? Thanks guys

Till date, unfortunately when offline, you can't set the value for lookup fields. You can fill these fields in once you reconnect.

Thanks Pranesh for your answer. But do you know if this feature will be release soon or they are planing to release as upgrade ? Because Resco Mobile App has this functionality long time ago, that's why I am surprised that Microsoft didn't think about that. I consider lookup field as very important? Thanks

Hi Michal

Microsoft announcement that offline capability will be available next update for CRM online server but for on-premise there is no update
